Full-time, Part-time and PRN Non-Physician Provider opportunities (NP’s and PA’s) to provide geriatric care in skilled nursing and home visit environments.

PractitionerLink is currently recruiting Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our dynamic team in South Atlanta or Fayetteville and surrounding metro areas. We are looking for energetic, compassionate healthcare professionals to manage and provide quality patient care and treatment in collaboration with physicians.

Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who join our team will find extensive support, training, and a solid Compliance Program that meets all applicable state, federal laws and regulations. Our leadership team has extensive experience both in the long term care industry and in running/managing a NP/PA practice, and our Medical Director is considered a national expert in skilled nursing facility medical practice.

Job Requirements

• National Certification
• Masters Degree in Nursing
• Active Georgia NP license or PA certification
• Experience in Long-Term Care or with Geriatric populations
• 2 years previous experience as NP or PA preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Strong work ethic, reliable, team player
• BCLS certification
• Active Medicare and Medicaid provider number preferred but not required
