Call for Candidates: Vice President and Treasurer Positions (2025-2027 Term)

we are excited to announce the call for candidates for the positions of Vice President and Treasurer for the upcoming UAPRN election. The elected officers will serve a two-year term from 2025 to 2027.
Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for nomination, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold an Active Professional Membership
- Submit a Bio (300 words max)
- Provide a Professional Headshot
- Complete and return the attached Consent to Serve Form
For your reference, we have also attached a copy of the bylaws, which include a detailed description of each role. Below is a summary of responsibilities for the open positions:
Vice President:
- Assist the President and carry out duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Assume the responsibilities of the President in the event of their death, resignation, absence, or inability to perform their duties.
- Serve as the Association’s Compliance Officer.
Treasurer:
- Maintain accurate financial records of the Association’s business transactions and accounts.
- Present financial records to the Board of Directors or any Director upon request.
Submission Deadline:
All required materials must be submitted no later than Friday, January 10th, 2025.
