We're excited to reopen the Compassion and Job Satisfaction in Telehealth survey by Dr. Amelia Malcom, a PhD student at Augusta University.

Title: Bringing compassion with us: Examining the relationships between compassion satisfaction and job satisfaction in primary care Nurse Practitioners delivering telehealth-based compassionate care

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between compassion satisfaction and job satisfaction in delivering telehealth-based compassionate care among primary care nurse practitioners. You will be asked to take a brief online Qualtrics survey measuring compassion satisfaction and job satisfaction as it relates to their job using telehealth-based compassionate care.

Study description:

✅Eligibility Criteria- you must identify as a primary care nurse practitioner and have used telehealth at least once a week in the last 90 days.
✅Please only take the survey one time.
✅The time required is approximately 15 minutes.
✅The only potential risks are related to anxiety and/or fatigue from taking the survey.
