The Government Relations Council have been working with the CBOM, Govenor's office and BON on the implementation of our new bills and ongoing crisis with outstanding collaborative agreement approvals.
The Board of Nursing, on behalf of the Board of Medicine, will be sending out email communications to all APRNs licensed through the BON (through approval to your RN) within the next week.
This will include a survey to assess how many APRNS do not have their collaborative agreement authorized for 6 months or longer. PLEASE complete this survey if you are still waiting for this authorization. This is very important for the CBOM to assess how many outstanding agreements are out there!!
Also included will be information regarding our new laws.
We anticipate the need for clarification and discussion of the upcoming changes, and plan to have an Update at 8 to review in the near future.
