Regina Canty and Robin Pingeton from the Gwinnett/Forsyth Chapter are going to be heading up this endeavor. Michelle Nelson, our Georgia State AANP Representative, is going to act as adviser. We are looking forward to the progress we make in the coming months and upcoming legislative session! Be on the lookout for more information.

- UAPRN and UAPRN's lobbyist, Julianna McConnell, recognized by James Magazine!
We are so pleased to be recognized by James Magazine as #18 of the Top Trade or Business Associations making advances in political advocacy! We are also honored to note that our lobbyist, Julianna McConnell, was recognized in the top 100 lobbyists in all of Georgia for her work as well! - Please take the Student Survey:
Remember we support our students in their efforts to complete their academic and research education!

DNP project: Assessment of Contributing Factors of Work-related Stress and its Impact Among Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs).

The survey will not be sent to all 50 states but some people might be in GA but doing telehealth or travelling to other states for work.

Thank you note for survey:

Thanks for taking time out of your busy schedule to complete this survey. Your input is necessary and influential in advocating for a change in this profession. This survey aims to bring more awareness and create a pedestal of broader research nationwide that will continue to guide the future of APRNs and work-related stress. I will also sincerely thank the UAPRN for their effort and support in this survey process. Once again, thank you for your dedication, honesty, and valuable time in aiding this research, thus, helping the future of another APRN. https://forms.gle/CGNDGDJrnUzbyEDeA

- No elections for state executive board members this year:
Due to unforeseen changes this year, we have had turnover in 3 of our executive board members and are just now getting everyone on-boarded. We have unanimously decided to suspend the bylaws that dictate elections for this year. We want to share that in transparency with our membership and hope you reach out if you need anything or have any questions. Thank you.

- Technical Difficulties:
Due to technical difficulties, all auto-renewals have been suspended on the ENP Network (uaprn.org) as well as our Wordpress site (uaprnofga.org). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please double check that your membership is active on uaprnofga.org. We hope to complete our transition and have more smooth communication processes in the near future. Thank you so much for your patience. If you have any questions please reach out to us at uaprnexec@gmail.com
