Victory for GA APRNs! SB 321 to be signed August 4th by Governor Kemp

Breaking News! GA Rep. Alan Powell and GA Senator Chuck Hufstetler have great news! SB 321 WILL BE SIGNED BY THE GOVERNOR Tuesday August 4th around 2 pm! Radiology barriers for APRNs will be removed after over 8 years working on removing this major barrier. It has been 14 years since any bill has passed in GA removing barriers to practice for APRNs.

Effective date pending....stay tuned for further announcements on specifics and next steps for you as an APRN from UAPRN as rules and regulations are drafted and rolled out for this new legislation.
