Vote! Vote! Vote!
Dear UAPRN Family,
It is with great pleasure that I receive the opportunity to serve as your State President for the next two years. The past three years have been highly progressive as I have seen the successful strides UAPRN has made from an increasing membership to burgeoning legislative engagement. We are moving onward and upward and I can't be any more proud of your efforts.
Let us take the time to congratulate Dr. Orlin Marquez on being elected to State Secretary. Dr. Marquez has been a vital resource for our organization and I am pleased to be able to continue our work. Thank you for all that you do Dr. Marquez!
Today is particularly important as we head to the polls to elect our new leaders. As a 501c3, UAPRN's non-profit designation does not allow us the ability to endorse candidates. However, we support and respect your ideas and convictions regarding the candidates that resonate most with you. We encourage you to exercise your right to vote strategically. UAPRN implores you to cast your ballots today while being mindful of the candidates that support the nursing profession and the communities we serve.
I am grateful to have served at the helm of UAPRN as your State President with unity, love and caring at our core. When considering the depth and breadth of the skill set our membership contains and the growing support of our affiliates, I am awe-inspired. UAPRN IS ON THE MOVE! I look forward to stepping into a spectacular future with you. Now go vote and let your powerful voice be heard!!!
