Update SB 351! Your Help is Needed...Crossover Day is APRN Night at Gold Dome, Be there! Call your Senators!

We just got word that our physician colleagues with MAG and the GA Radiologic Society are full force at the capital today trying to block SB351 from passing out of the Senate.
There are two things you can do to help:
- show up tomorrow at the capital in your white lab coats and speak directly with your senator about why this bill is important.
- call your senators office and ask that they vote ‘YES’ for SB 351
The most crucial talking point is that GA is the ONLY state to restrict an APRNs ability to order radiologic testing. And increasing the number of APRNs that a physician can supervise is crucial to getting care in the rural areas of the state.
The bill is late on the line up right now 37th out of 42 bills. So you can show up at Capitol anytime tomorrow, especially after lunch up until midnight. As you arrive come to area outside Room 309 to get your Royal Blue APRN Scarf and a Infographic to share with Senators
