As a healthcare provider, a nurse practitioner student is requesting your participation in a University of North Georgia Family Nursing Practitioner Student research project by completing an online survey. Your participation in this research study is voluntary. You may choose not to participate. If you decide to participate in this research survey, you may withdraw at any time. The online survey regarding diagnoses and treatment patterns for acute otitis media will take approximately 3 minutes.
