Contact your legislators today about SB 314 for APRNS

Late this evening our APRN bill was calendared for vote tomorrow! Please email your senators tonight/tomorrow AM to support this bill. It is an update of definitions of GA APRNs, as well as adding enhanced security to licensing with fingerprinting and background checks. We have had multiple cases involving imposter nurses in GA already this year, and we need to join the majority of states in enhancing our checks. This is a straightforward bill to clarify language, but it is still going to face opposition. A resounding majority pass would make a great statement, so please email your senators ASAP!!
