UAPRN is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving access to high quality healthcare for the citizens of Georgia. We support the advancement of the APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurses) role by addressing and promoting legislative and practice issues through education and advocacy. We strive to empower nurses and other healthcare professionals. APRNs serve in important roles through pediatrics, geriatrics, acute care, adult primary care, maternity care, mental health, and chronic disease management. APRNs have additional education, training, and certifications in specific areas of practice and number close to 18,000 strong in Georgia. Join hundreds of other Advanced Practice Nurses, Physicians, Physician Assistants, Pharmacists, and Students as we spend an inspirational weekend on one of the most beautiful beaches. Our theme for this year's conference is Innovation in Healthcare so that we may inspire and educate providers from across all of the Southeast on how to increase access to quality healthcare for their patients. We are pleased to announce that our keynote speakers for this year's conference will be Dr. Zubin Damania aka ZDogg MD and Dr. Bonnie Clipper DNP.

Dr. Zubin Damania (ZDogg MD) is a UCSF/ Stanford trained internist and creator of and epidemic movement with our dysfunctional healthcare system, addressing burnout and safety. Dr. Bonnie Clipper DNP, MBA is a top nurse influencer, nursing innovation expert, global speaker, Amazon International #1 best-selling author, and coach. She is the mastermind behind the Innovation Advantage company. Dr. Clipper is the sole nurse member of the HIMSS Innovation Board of Advisors and is a start-up coach for MATTER international health tech accelerator. Her unique understanding of operations, strategy, workforce, and technology make her the perfect bridge-builder to create new workflows and processes to ensure that technology improves care and experiences for everyone. Her work impacts more than 4 million healthcare workers every year.
