Job Description
Need nurse practitioners, physician assistants and physicians for rural neighborhood free medical clinic. We treat patients who have already had diagnosed chronic diseases such as cardiac, diabetes and thyroid issues. We currently have 1000 patients and have put a "hold" on applications for new patients until more providers can be found. The clinic is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The hours vary. We have the capability to add or change the routine schedule if needed. The providers need strong assessment skills. There are no technology resources on site that are found in more modern settings.
